In this guide, we’ll explore the homepage of the digital menu, the key elements it includes, and the function of each button or option—so you can navigate the menu easily and professionally from the very first click.


1️⃣ How to Access the Menu Homepage

To open the digital menu, you have two main options:

Via Direct Link

  • Copy the menu link from the Aurmenu dashboard.

  • Paste it into any web browser (on mobile or desktop).

By Scanning a QR Code

  • Use your phone’s camera or a QR code scanner app to scan the code displayed at the restaurant or on the table.

  • You will be instantly directed to the menu homepage.

2️⃣ Elements of the Menu Homepage

When opening the digital menu, the homepage will appear and it consists of the following elements:

Restaurant Logo

The logo appears at the top right of the page, clearly highlighting the restaurant’s identity.

Side Menu (☰)

Appears at the top lift corner, allowing the customer to change the language, switch between light or dark mode, and quickly access favorites, your opinion matters! , privacy policy, and terms & conditions.

Cover / Slider

You can add a single cover image or enable up to three consecutive sliders, with the option to insert custom text (such as offers or welcome messages) to make the homepage more engaging and enhance the restaurant’s visual identity.

User Icon

Displayed just below the cover, it allows customers to register with their phone number, create their personal profile, and easily track their previous orders.

Welcome Massage

A short paragraph introducing the restaurant or café, displayed beneath the cover for customers to read before browsing the menu details.

Order Type Selection (Delivery / Pickup / Dine-In)

This option allows the customer to choose how to receive their order:

  • When using a Table QR, the Dine-In option appears alongside Delivery and Pickup.

  • When using the General QR for the restaurant, only Delivery and Pickup options appear.

“Browse Menu” Button

Directly takes the customer to the available sections and items of the digital menu.

Simplified Ordering Steps

  • Review Your Order: Check items and quantities before confirming.

  • Complete Payment: Choose a suitable payment method and complete the order.

  • Receive Your Order: Either via delivery or pickup from the branch.

Map

Displays your business location with the option “Open in Maps” for accurate directions.

Social Media Links

Icons for multiple platforms (Facebook – WhatsApp – Instagram – Snapchat – X – TikTok – Website) are displayed, allowing customers to easily follow or contact the restaurant.

“Working Hours” Button ⏰

Shows the official working hours of the restaurant, with the option for automatic updates.
