Thanks to this tool, the team can manage all orders centrally and systematically, reducing errors and increasing customer satisfaction. Today, we will take an in-depth look at how order tracking works and its importance in improving the management of daily operations and to ensure an easy and enjoyable experience, we have added order tracking and statuses in the dashboard to ensure quick and easy access
Now we will go through a presentation of the order tracking menu items and their statuses:
1- Daily Order Number: The Daily Order Number feature provides an overview of your daily workload and demand to help you make management and resource decisions.
2- Order Status: Order status provides information about the status of the order, whether it is waiting, in progress, etc.
3- Customer: When adding customers from the Add Customer feature (explained in a previous article), their name appears in the customer column
4- Location : The location of the order is entered and specified, if it is internal, the name of the hall from which the order was ordered is specified, and if it is external, the address where the delivery will be made is entered
5- Time : Specify the time and date of the order
6- Note : If there are any notes from your customers for the order, they appear in the note column
7- Total : The total column contains the total amount to be paid by your customers.
