Venue settings are those foundations that define an organisation's identity and affect every aspect of its operation. 

 

From defining the venue name and logo to setting the base currency and supported languages, these settings contribute to building a superior customer experience and increasing operational efficiency. Every venue has its own unique requirements, so your venue's settings should be customisable to fully meet its needs.

 

In this article, we will explore how to effectively configure and manage venue settings With our outstanding application Aurmenu to ensure smooth performance and successful achievement of operational goals. In order to customise the venue's settings, there are a few steps to follow:

- The main window of the application appears

- Click on the settings option

 

- Several options will appear, click on the Place Settings option.

A window appears that contains fields for the restaurant data that must be filled out, and these fields are as follows:

 

- Place Name: Enter the name of your establishment or restaurant.

- Venue ID: Enter the ID of your place, which is a code or number used to differentiate and distinguish one place from another.

- Logo Image: Add your restaurant's logo image.

- Cover Image : Add your restaurant's cover photo.

- Country: Enter the country in which your restaurant is located.

- State: Select the state your restaurant is located in.

- City: Enter the city of the restaurant.

- Time Zone: Select the time zone of your country.

- Tax Rate: Customise the tax rate applicable in your country.

- Excise Tax: Add the excise tax rate if applicable.

- Currency: Add your country's currency.

- Languages: Add the languages you would like the app to support for your account (you can choose from 26 languages).

- Website: Enter your restaurant's website.
